Litigation Attorney

Central States/Teamcare- one of the nation’s largest multi-employer health and welfare funds and its sister pension fund- is seeking a litigation attorney for its mid-sized Law Department. Qualified candidates must have strong writing and research skills. Zero to five years’ litigation experience is preferred. Experience in Titles I and IV of ERISA is also a plus.
