Central States Health & Welfare and Pension Funds are two of the largest, multibillion dollar non-profit trust funds in the country. The Funds administer health and pension benefits to nearly one million Teamster members and participants with over 1,000 contributing employers to the Funds. Our building (constructed in 2019) is walking distance to the CTA Blue Line and close to O’Hare Airport.

• Review and approve vendor invoices and employee business reimbursements, ensuring they adhere to fund policies
• Month-end reconciliation of AP activity
• Monitoring the prepaid vendor payments
• Use Tax reporting
• Other projects/analysis as assigned

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and show respect for confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to learn other software applications
• Adaptable, motivated, and ability to deliver quality work even under tight timelines
• Bachelor’s degree or related AP experience.
